2 Year Complete Hardware Warranty
IconOne products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months during normal usage from date of purchase.
This warranty only applies to the the entire unit as a whole and does not apply to any software, included but not limited to software embedded within or provided in connection with the product.
The product will be serviced on location if possible within five days from the date it was called in, and if it cannot be repaired on site, we will pay to have it removed and shipped to the manufacturer.
